Frequently asked questions
What is GAJA?
GAJA is a Korean learning app made by MajorMap for Indonesian students who are going to study in Korea. It follows the order of life in Korea and uses TOPIK I vocabulary and grammar.
What level is GAJA for?
For learners who can read Hangul and are aiming for TOPIK I (levels 1–2). A 15-question placement test at the start checks your level, so you begin from the right place.
How long do I study each day?
A stage has 5 lessons of about 2 minutes each: words, sentence listening and reading, then TOPIK listening and reading questions adapted from past exams. About 10 minutes a day finishes a stage.
Which languages does it support?
Indonesian, English and Korean. You can switch anytime from the app's language menu.
Which devices does it run on?
iPhone and iPad with iOS 15 or later, and Android phones with Android 7.0 or later.
Do I need an account?
No. You can start as a guest and sign in with Google or Apple anytime to keep your progress.
